NDAA Compliance (Section 889)
CHIYU Technology strictly adheres to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA H.R. 5515, Sec. 889).
- We officially certify that CHIYU does not utilize, incorporate, or source any System-on-Chip (SoC), telecommunications equipment, or critical components from any of the banned companies or their subsidiaries restricted under the NDAA framework.
- All CHIYU products employ 100% NDAA-compliant chipsets, with the vast majority utilizing premium, in-house developed microchips proudly engineered and produced in Taiwan.
TAA Compliance (Trade Agreements Act, 19 U.S.C. & 2501 et seq.)
We further declare that our products are fully TAA compliant.
- All CHIYU access control terminals, biometric systems, and management controllers undergo final, substantial transformation, software compilation, and comprehensive manufacturing quality control at our specialized facility located in Chiayi, Taiwan (R.O.C.)—which is recognized as a designated TAA-compliant country.
